Application fields of insoluble iridium tantalum titanium anode:
Non-ferrous metal electrolysis production, etching solution electrolytic copper recovery, surface electrochemical treatment of metal foil, organic electrosynthesis, cathodic protection, electrodialysis, acid-base ionized water production, industrial wastewater treatment and other fields.
1. Application of insoluble iridium tantalum titanium anode
The iridium-based mixed oxide-coated titanium anode is an insoluble anode. It is coated with an iridium-based oxide coating on the titanium substrate through a special process, so that it has good electrocatalytic activity and conductivity. The evolved gas is classified as an oxygen evolution anode. There is also a platinum-plated titanium anode, also known as platinum-titanium electrode, platinum electrode, platinum-plated anode, etc. It is based on titanium, and the surface is coated with a layer of platinum-based precious metals, which can be used in oxygen evolution and chlorine evolution environments.
2. The use characteristics of platinum crown insoluble iridium tantalum titanium anode
(1)Coatings with different formulations can be prepared according to different use environments, and the improved nano-scale grains can be better combined with the substrate and play a stronger electrocatalytic effect;
(2) The oxygen evolution overpotential is high, reducing the amount of oxygen evolution, the electrode has a long service life and good corrosion resistance;
(3)The size and shape of the anode can be customized according to the actual working conditions to meet the needs;
(4)According to the consumption of the anode coating, we can provide the technical service of anode repair and coating. The substrate can be used repeatedly without excessive loss, which saves the cost for the user.
